Online stores, shopping apps, multi-vendor marketplaces and B2B ordering portals — built to load fast on a phone and to turn visits into orders.
An online store does not fail because of its design. It fails at checkout on a mid-range phone, in search results nobody sees, and in an admin panel so awkward that the catalogue goes stale. Those three are where we spend the effort.
Alex Solution builds e-commerce for brands selling direct, manufacturers selling to distributors, and marketplaces with many sellers. Sometimes that is a custom Next.js store; sometimes Shopify or WooCommerce is the better answer, and we will say so — the right platform is the one you can actually run.
Every store ships with payments, inventory, shipping integration, tax-ready invoicing and an admin panel your team can use without training — with ownership of code and data set out in the agreement.
Next.js and React storefronts for brands that need speed, search visibility and full control — deep catalogues, filters, variants, accounts and wishlists.
When you want to manage everything yourself, we set up, theme and extend Shopify or WooCommerce properly — including the integrations the default install lacks.
Android and iOS apps with push notifications, saved carts and one-tap reorder — on the same backend as your website, so stock and orders never disagree.
Seller onboarding, per-seller catalogues, commission rules, payouts and dispute handling — the marketplace mechanics that off-the-shelf plugins handle badly.
Customer-specific price lists, bulk and repeat ordering, credit limits, GST invoices and order tracking for dealers and distributors.
Brand-led stores with subscriptions, bundles, reviews and the analytics a direct-to-consumer brand lives on.
Most abandoned carts happen on mobile, on a weak connection. We test the whole purchase on exactly that before launch.
Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, UPI and cash on delivery, with payment status that matches your order records — not a manual daily check.
Shiprocket, Delhivery or your courier's API for live rates, label printing and tracking updates sent to the customer.
Tax-correct invoices, HSN codes and reports your accountant can use — or tax handling for your jurisdiction if you sell abroad.
Fast pages, clean product URLs, structured product data and category pages written to rank — a store nobody finds is a cost, not an asset.
Adding products, updating stock and processing orders should take minutes. If your team needs training to use it, we built it wrong.
Our reference store is Cliff Climbers — online sales for a climbing and tactical-gear manufacturer with three decades of history. A deep catalogue, product search, customer accounts, a retail-store locator and worldwide shipping, all live and open for you to try.
The same team built Kewquare's inventory and ERP suite — purchase orders, invoicing and stock analytics — which is the back-office half of e-commerce that most store builders never touch. Between a customer-facing store and the inventory system behind one, we know both ends of an order.
Ask for a client contact in retail or e-commerce and we will put you in touch.
The spread is wide for a good reason. A Shopify store with a theme and a handful of products, a custom store with a thousand SKUs and ERP sync, and a multi-vendor marketplace are three different projects that all get called "an e-commerce website". Catalogue size matters less than the integrations — payments, shipping, accounting and inventory — and those are where cheap quotes quietly leave things out.
We quote line by line, so two quotes can actually be compared: the checkout, the admin, each integration and the month of post-launch support are separate items you can see and question. Our guide to e-commerce website cost in India walks through the same breakdown in detail.

Shopify if you want to launch fast and run everything yourself with a monthly fee. WooCommerce if you are already on WordPress and want low running costs. Custom when you need speed and search performance at scale, unusual pricing or B2B rules, deep ERP integration, or a marketplace — or when platform fees and app subscriptions have started to add up. We build all three and will recommend the one that fits, not the one that pays us most.
A themed Shopify or WooCommerce store can be live in 3 to 5 weeks. A custom store with integrations usually takes 8 to 14 weeks, and a marketplace longer. You see a working demo every week, and the delivery date is named in the proposal.
We build the mechanics a marketplace needs — seller onboarding, per-seller catalogues, commissions, payouts, returns and disputes. We will also be honest that the software is the easy half; seller acquisition is the hard one, and we will scope a first version small enough to test the idea before you spend on the rest.
Yes, as standard. Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, UPI and COD on the payment side; Shiprocket, Delhivery and courier APIs for rates, labels and tracking. GST-ready invoicing for India, and tax handling for other countries.
Yes. The Android and iOS apps run on the same backend as the website, so stock, prices and orders stay in one place. For most stores we recommend launching the website first and adding the app once repeat customers justify it.
Often, yes — slow product pages and a clumsy checkout are the most common problems we are asked to fix. We start with an audit of speed, checkout drop-off and search visibility, and tell you whether it is worth fixing or cheaper to rebuild.
